Thousands of people are under the impression that Alan Rickman said this quote: “When I’m 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I’ll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, 'After all this time?' And I will say, 'Always.'”
HE NEVER SAID THIS QUOTE. A fan said this about themselves, and ever since Alan-Rickman-dedicated-blogs reblogged that quote, people are now under the impression that Alan said this.

Cover: Someone Like You

So I was on the KurtHugoSchneider channel again [surprise, surprise]... and I saw he commented on a video. I decided to click on its link, and it brought me here.
O____O WOW.
SERIOUSLY.
He was gooood :O Even Kurt said so :P
The only sad thing is that he looks pretty young, so his voice might deepen, and he might not be able to sing completely like that... but I do hope he does something with that voice :D

Music: Be a Music Prodigy
Ways to become YouTube famous in 3 easy steps:
1. Pick an instrument to play.
2. Learn the chords C, G, Am, and F. Play them over and over again.
3. Sing a line from nearly any pop song while doing this, then record and put it on the internet.
People who don't know of this commonly used chord progression will be amazed and think you're a magician.

I've had some kind of obsession with lyric videos on youtube. My newest one is "Breathing" by Jason Derulo. I love the colors and the font of the words :) I dunno. It's better than just a youtube video that shows a few slides of the lyrics.
My previous fave was also by Jason Derulo: "Don't Wanna Go Home." BE WARNED: The video flashes in bright colors, so if you have photosensitive epilepsy, don't watch it because it might trigger a seizure O_o but seriously though, I love that lyric video :D

Not to be confused with "What Makes You Different (Makes You Beautiful) by the Backstreet Boys, this song is cheery and cutesy :P [Not that the BSB one isn't!!]
The original is by One Direction, and here is the lyric-video for it. It totally makes me want to get up and dance :)
Recently, Boyce Avenue (a group that gained popularity through YouTube) made a cover of it. They slowed it down, but I kinda agree with one of the comments - it almost seems to show the true meaning of the words behind the music :P Cute :]

An article by Nick Carr pointed out the same ideas that have been on my mind recently.
I had to read the article for English, and as I was reading it, I couldn't help agreeing with practically everything that Carr said. Something about the media today is changing the way we think, and it's a bit scary... read the article for more info. It's sorta long, but I think it's definitely worth the few minutes that you're gonna take to read it.
